Our payment policies are as follows. Payment is expected when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients” needs, customer service, and minimizing costs, we do not bill.
We do accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express), checks, and cash. All cards must be signed by the owner of the card. Sometimes, when an injury or sudden illness strikes a pet, unplanned expense comes with it. We do not have an answer for every situation, but we try our best to help people and their animals whenever possible. If you do not have the ability to pay for veterinary care out-of-pocket, the first option we encourage you to pursue is a financing program for medical and veterinary expenses through a company called CareCredit. You can apply for this program by filling out an application form in our office, or online by clicking on the link below. The process takes about five minutes, and if approved, you will be able to break down your total bill into monthly installments.
